Rampart Casino Host Wine Maker's Dinner

The Carmel Room at the Rampart Casino at the Resort at Summerlin proudly presents the second series of the Wine Maker's Dinner on Tuesday, September 20 at 6 p.m. The special dinner will feature extraordinary foods with an Australian inspiration perfectly paired with wines from Rosemount Estate, one of the premier vintners from down under. In collaboration with wine experts from Deluca Liquors & Wine, the menu was created to showcase the diversity of Australia's multi-cultural cuisine in conjunction with Rosemount Estate's master crafted wine styles. Together it ultimately provides exciting and approachable food and wine combinations with classic flavors. The finesse of Australian wines is a natural fit for the intensity of The Carmel Room's food.
