Hank's Fine Steaks & Martinis

Green Valley Ranch Resort Proudly Introduces Hank's Fine Steaks & Martinis

The newest culinary steakhouse sensation is now open at Green Valley Ranch Resort. Hank's Fine Steaks & Martinis, named after Las Vegas icon Hank Greenspun, will live up to its namesake by becoming the Las Vegas icon in fine steakhouse dining.

The 176-seat steakhouse has three dining areas including a private dining room that can host private parties up to 24 guests, a beautifulbar area with additional dinner seating and the main dining room.

Hank's serves the finest in steak and seafood offerings. All steaks are hand center-cut, corn-fed prime beef aged dry for 21 days and wet for an additional 21 days for a total aging process of 42 days. Hank's offers a 40 ounce Porterhouse steak for two, an 18 ounce bone-in Filet Mignon and a 24 ounce Chateaubriand--one of the most tender pieces of meat on the planet. For seafood lovers, Hank's recommends its 32 ounce Western Australian lobster tail served with a lemon buerre blanc. All fish and seafood are flown in fresh daily.

Hank's surrounds its guests with impressive appointments like custom designed crystal chandeliers that hang over nearly every booth and feature more than 300,000 pieces of hand crafted crystals from the Czech Republic, an expansive bar area featuring an inner-lit translucent onyx surface, and handmade glass wine cabinets that display more than 2,200 bottles of fine wine. Also situated in the bar area is a grand piano that has its own wrap-around marble-topped bar where guests can wait to be seated while listening to the musical stylings of pianist Shane Stevens nightly.

Hank's is unlike anything Las Vegas has yet seen in a classic steakhouse, said Matthew Browne, the general manager of Hank's who has in the past partnered with renowned chefs like Emeril Lagasse. It boasts a contemporary intimacy we like to call 'metropolitan'.

The martini is king at Hank's. Over 30 different types of martinis are served shaken or stirred including the Hank's dirty martini, Appletini, Choco-tini, the Melon and the Vegas Vanilla. All are a Hank's exclusive through partnerships with Grey Goose, Bacardi and Stoli.

Hank's menu also includes a wide variety of seafood appetizers, soups, salads, entrees that feature beef, chicken, seafood, veal, lamb and pork, a la carte side dishes like colossal Idaho potatoes or roasted wild mushrooms and decadent desserts such as the Hank's original custom designed ice cream butler offering freshly made ice cream blended with fresh toppings and prepared and served tableside.

Hank's is open for dinner from 5 p.m. until 10 p.m. Sunday – Thursday and 5 p.m. until 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Reservations are recommended by calling (702) 617-7550. Green Valley Ranch Resort is located off Interstate 215 and Green Valley Pkwy. in Henderson, Nev.
